I baked this for MC, CY and Keira's farewell party on 21 March 2009.
The cupcakes are chocolate sponge with strawberry jam filling, and topped with buttercream (chocolate or vanilla) icing and decorated with fondant icing, mini Smarties or chocolate rice.
The photo below shows what the inside of the cupcake looks like.
